What does the bar setup fee include?

The bar setup fee includes all necessary correspondence to prepare your bar package. As well as two bartenders for the entire evening, all mixers and utensils for the bar to operate efficiently. This includes hard plasticware for all cocktails, beer and wine, napkins, and straws. It also covers you for 5 hours of consecutive bar service (starting at cocktail hour), bar menus etc..

What if we go over our minimum?

You will never be charged more than your pre-determined amount without your knowledge and go ahead. In the case that we do hit your tab, you have the option to extend or swap to a cash bar. We will notify your coordinator if we are approaching the tab. If you decide to extend, we will open the extended tab on a credit/debit card on file or opt for a cash bar.

Are there additional fees?

We have a bartender fee of $150 per bartender (which covers the entire 5 hours of bar service for the evening.) There is a sales tax, which is applied to your invoices.

When are payments due?

Payments are due 90 days before your event date. Final Bar invoice is due 1 week after your event.

Can I make changes to my package once I’ve paid my invoice?

Yes, you may make changes to your package as long as it is 60 days prior to your event. This ensures that we can guarantee your selections for your event are made available.

Can my wedding party get drinks on the day of?

Yes! We will provide bottled or canned beers in a cooler for your groomsmen and mimosas for your bridesmaids. We will have a bartender staff available if any of the wedding party, family or early guests would like a drink at that time!
